Blue Coral Food is a Halal-certified business-to-business (B2B) food manufacturer and exporter serving importers, distributors, wholesalers and food brands across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar. 1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behaviour includes:

-Submitting false or misleading inquiries, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website; -Using the Website to transmit spam, malware or other harmful code; -Circumventing, disabling or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Website.

All supply contracts are concluded separately through our sales team and are governed by their own terms. Products are supplied with Halal certification where applicable and as specified and evidenced in the supply contract for each order. 4. Halal certifications and competent authorities

Our Halal certificates are issued by accreditation bodies -- currently SHC, recognised by JAKIM (Malaysia), and SSPY, recognised by JAKIM and BPJPH (Indonesia). Certification bodies and competent authorities are different: JAKIM, BPJPH, SFDA, MUIS and MoIAT are the competent authorities in their markets, while certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies. GSO (the GCC Standardization Organization) issues standards only and neither issues nor accepts Halal certificates. Recognition of a certificate in one market does not create automatic acceptance in another, and recognition lists change; buyers should verify the current position for their market.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Blue Coral Food does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

Limitation of liability means the maximum amount we have to pay if something goes wrong with the Website or our services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Coral Food's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website -- whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise -- shall not exceed the greater of (a) the value of any fees you have paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). The seat of arbitration shall be Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.
